The position
We are looking for a new colleague to support our team with administration and crew logistics.
What will you do?
- Prepare contracts and other personnel documents
- Keep personnel files, certificates and documents up to date
- Check expiry dates of certificates, medicals and other required documents
- Assist with timesheets, expenses and basic financial administration
- Arrange crew travel from home to the vessel or work location and back
- Book flights, hotels, taxis and other transport when needed
- Assist with visa applications, work permits and other travel requirements
- Send joining instructions and travel information to our personnel
- Stay in contact with crew members, clients and colleagues during mobilisations
- Help with general day-to-day back-office administration
Who are we looking for?
- You are organised and accurate
- You communicate easily with different people
- You are comfortable working in English
- You can work independently, but also enjoy being part of a small team
- You are comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- You stay calm when travel plans or schedules change
The role:
- You will be an important part of the daily operation. Once one of our people is selected for a project, you help make sure everything is arranged correctly: the contract, documents, certificates, visa if needed, and the complete journey to the vessel or work location.
- You do not need to know all of this from day one. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn and enjoys organising things and helping people.
- Experience in the offshore or maritime industry is not required. We will teach you our systems, procedures and the practical side of the job.
Working hours:
We are looking for someone to join us on either a 40- or 32-hour working week.
