The position


As the Test & Termination Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee and manage the Tower teams' activities while emphasizing the quality of tower-related tasks, adherence to procedures, and compliance with applicable HSE regulations. Your core responsibility will involve ensuring the accurate and comprehensive creation of As-built documentation for each tower (TP).

As the Test & Termination Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee and manage the Tower teams' activities while emphasizing the quality of tower-related tasks, adherence to procedures, and compliance with applicable HSE regulations. Your core responsibility will involve ensuring the accurate and comprehensive creation of As-built documentation for each tower (TP).

When operating from an ISV, you will assume full control and management of termination works, cable core routing, and tower work teams. Your focus should be on maintaining the highest standards of quality in termination work, meticulous reporting, and documentation. In this capacity, you play a crucial supportive role to the Shift Supervisor, who holds complete responsibility for ISV-related utilization, performance, and operations of Pull In and T&T works.

You will be accountable for overseeing all termination and testing tasks and will report on T&T team performance, quality, and activity to the Project or Field Engineer. Your responsibilities will also encompass managing and supervising the timely delivery of complete and satisfactory deliverables from the work teams while maintaining the overall quality of T&T operations.

Moreover, as the T&T Supervisor, you must demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's vision and values, in addition to being well-versed in all company policies. Your actions and decisions should consistently align with these guiding principles.

Qualifications:

  • A good command of the English language;
  • GWO Slinger Signaller;
  • Sea Survival incl. Boat Transfer;
  • Current GWO BST (Basic Safety Training);
  • Offshore Medical and Chester Step certificate;
  • Full GWO (First Aid, Working at Height, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness and Sea Survival).
